Roy Jarrold

I was born and have lived in the Norwich area all my life. 

I am a qualified Chartered and Certified accountant having retired as a partner from Lovewell Blake a few years ago.

Being retired, apart from now being able to devote more time to my family, which is wonderful , I really wanted to ‘give something back’. A former business associate knew I was looking for such an opportunity and recommended me to The Feed, who I now try to give financial support when necessary.

In the time I have been fulfilling this role I worked in an office at the rear of The Feed's Social Supermarket and it really hit home hard what an important function The Feed fulfils in helping to prevent poverty, hunger and other social needs.The number of people visiting the supermarket is staggering. Because of this I now help out in the store with the other wonderful staff and volunteers.
