What roles do we have?
With several cafés in Norwich we have lots of roles in our social enterprise which are based on preparing and serving delicious food.
Our mission is about helping people back into work and we do this by motivating them to make positive changes. We have roles directly involved in this in our Support team who work with people one-to-one and in groups. Some of our café and kitchen team also play a mentoring role to people who are on a work experience programme with us, sharing their skills and experience.
There are also several roles in The Feed which help us run the organisation such as CEO, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
